Mexican Association of Pharmaceutical Laboratories, A.C. (AMELAF), with offices at 144 Alfonso Esparza Oteo, Guadalupe Inn, Álvaro Obregón, C.P. 01020, Mexico City, Mexico is responsible for any personal data collected. Via the association's website at amelaf.org.mx (the "Website"), email address at [email protected], telephone number, and/or in person, you may provide AMELAF with the following personal data (the "Personal Data"): your complete name, telephone number, email address, company data of your employer, and your position. If you register as a user of the website, we require that you create a username and password.

Personal data will be safeguarded with the necessary administrative, technical, and physical measures to guarantee privacy and confidentiality and protect against damage, loss, alteration, and destruction, as well as unauthorized usage, access, or treatment.

 

3. Purpose of personal data collected by AMELAF: 

 a.   Primary purposes: generation of a directory, a means of communication, and the registration of Website users. If you register as a Website user, you are able to consult the information available on Intranet and/or access the manufacturing and raw materials section.

 b.   Secondary purposes: on occasion, for distributing electronic bulletins, news items, promotional and marketing materials related to the industry.

Use of cookies and beacons: Cookies are small files that can be transferred to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if this function is enabled) when you use the Website, to recognize your web browser and store certain information. On the Website, AMELAF uses third-party cookies such as those of Google and Facebook to compile usage statistics and system statistics to control user sign-ins.
